First Nevis Trust Company Limited ("First Nevis Trust") is a company licensed and regulated by the Government of Nevis as a registered agent for companies formed under the Nevis Business Corporation Ordinance 1984 as amended, and for companies formed under the Limited Liability Company Ordinance 1995. First Nevis Trust also has a full license to act in connection with Nevis International Exempt Trusts, and to provide corporate management and administrative services in Nevis.

John Dyrud - Chairman and Legal Counsel
John Dyrud attended the University of Maryland, where he received his J.D. in 1963. After serving for a number of years as Faculty of Law Librarian at the University of the West Indies, Mr. Dyrud and his partner founded the law firm Webster Dyrud in 1988, known today as Webster Dyrud Mitchell. His specialist area is in Trust Law involving international estate planning for private clients and advising on corporate transactions involving trust; and assisting in trust litigation matters. Mr. Dyrud served as principal drafting consultant during the Government of Anguilla's recent financial legislative revision program and has spent the last 16 years working in the field of offshore financial services with an emphasis on trust and company administration.
He is also a long-standing member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Pam Webster - Director
Pam Webster attended the University of the West Indies, where she received her J.D. in 1984. After serving as Crown Counsel for the Government of Anguilla, Ms. Webster and her partner founded the firm Webster Dyrud in 1988, known today as Webster Dyrud Mitchell. Her specialist areas are in International Trust Law and International Tax Law, and advising international corporate and private clients in trust and tax matters. Ms. Webster attended the International Tax Academy in Amsterdam and is also a member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners, International Bar Association, International Tax Planning Association and International Fiscal Association.
Pollyanna Kumara - Director / Accountant
Pollyanna Kumara attended the University of Technology in Jamaicaand received her certification as a Chartered Accountant at the Emile Woolf School of Accountancy. Mrs. Kumara was previously a senior accountant at KPMG. At First Nevis Trust, Mrs. Kumara oversees the financial responsibilities of the company and ensures that all control and audit procedures are maintained.
David R Sargeant - Director
Originally from Lancashire, Northwest England, David Sargeant has accumulated over 44 years of experience in the industry, much of that gained in offshore jurisdictions, including Nevis, Cayman Islands, Bahamas, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Anguilla and Dubai.
Mr. Sargeant has been an Associate of Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB) since 1978 and a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP) since 1998.
