John Dyrud - Chairman and Legal Counsel
John Dyrud attended the University of Maryland, where he received his J.D. in 1963. After serving for a number of years as Faculty of Law Librarian at the University of the West Indies, Mr. Dyrud and his partner founded the law firm Webster Dyrud in 1988, known today as Webster Dyrud Mitchell. His specialist area is in Trust Law involving international estate planning for private clients and advising on corporate transactions involving trust; and assisting in trust litigation matters. Mr. Dyrud served as principal drafting consultant during the Government of Anguilla's recent financial legislative revision program and has spent the last 16 years working in the field of offshore financial services with an emphasis on trust and company administration.
He is also a long-standing member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners.
