Fees: Nevis Trust Formation

Our fees are agreed in advance with clients and will be reviewed regularly to ensure a mutually acceptable basis of charging. Generally, our fees will depend on one or more of several factors:

  • complexity of work undertaken
  • time spent
    value of trust assets
  • client's reporting requirements
  • number of transactions

The following are our minimum fees:

There are no termination or withdrawal fees.

All out of pocket disbursements are passed to our clients. Investment advisory services can be arranged through professional investments advisers. Fees are negotiated separately.
